As an iron worker, I started making beef jerky at home for my own pleasure. I would take some to work with me and share it with my co-workers. They soon started asking me to make my delicious tasting jerky and sell it to them. My orders got so big that I bought a few dehydrators. I had them all over the kitchen going day and night to keep up with all of the orders that I had received. An increase in orders pushed me to purchase a commercial dehydrator and fix my garage as my "beef jerky" room. Those that bought my jerky would state - "You need to start your own business!".
I continued working to improve my many flavors and most of all, the taste of my beef jerky. My own special recipe has given my jerky the greatest taste ever. Every customer comes back for more. My jerky is guaranteed fresh and made daily to keep up with the demand of my customers. This is how JERKY BY ART, my small business, came about...
