As an iron worker, I started making beef jerky at home for my own pleasure. I would take some to work with me and share it with my co-workers. They soon started asking me to make my delicious tasting jerky and sell it to them. My orders got so big that I bought a few dehydrators. I had them all over the kitchen going day and night to keep up with all of the orders that I had received. An increase in orders pushed me to purchase a commercial dehydrator and fix my garage as my "beef jerky" room. Those that bought my jerky would state - "You need to start your own business!".      I continued working to improve my many flavors and most of all, the taste of my beef jerky.
